@waitworry @bootlegrydia I don't know. When it comes to consistency of foreign policy, at least, China is much more predictable. They're not perfectly righteous, but there's no risk of China, for example, promising to defend you no matter what in order to cause an adversary trouble, then throwing you to the wolves a few years later a la Ukraine.
