If I boost a toot, it doesn't mean that I like it or even agree with it. It just means that I think it should be more widely known. I tend not to boost toots if there's an image without alt text.

* Genealogy.
* Embedded s/w development (esp. operating systems).
* Little electronics projects.
* Playing bass guitar in a local hobby band.
* Cycling - just for fun.

Before I retired my day job was designing embedded operating systems. Call me sad if you like but I think I was lucky to get paid for working on my hobby 😃
