seconded that... been thinking about some of these pedagogical ideas in my (minor) training role at work.
Especially in regards to how to teach someone to know they're on the right track even when they're not getting it right. Or to evaluate bogus answers.
(edit: starting with numerical and statistical engineering models, but critical thinking skills more generally)
