@ChrisMayLA6 Fairly sure a President can't introduce or nullify an amendment to the US Constitution. Doesn't it have to be proposed by a 2/3 majority of something-or-other *and* voted by a 2/3 majority of both the House and the Senate?
It's just posturing.

Indeed, but that was sort of my point; he's immediately trying to bend constitutional law; my guess is it will go to the USSC but of course as they are mainly his appointees, who know what they might conclude.... but it can in now way be presented as respecting the constitutional rule of law IMO
