@ChrisMayLA6 That's good! Maybe something could be done to increase the nr of HMOs to the point where the crappy and exploitative ones would have to move on?

Well, its an interesting issue; in theory they're regulated but in practice often the tenants are scared of the landlords (as the tenants need an address, more than the landlord needs that specific tenant)
