@ChrisMayLA6 I think norm shifting could be easy within small business. From there it might then move up to mid and big business.

I have no codified work days. I work when my customers work. When they don't work, it is up to me how much I want to spend my time selling, optimizing, automating and developing my business. Come to think of it, you can scratch selling, since that is difficult when the customers are not in the office. ;)

@h4890

Sounds parallel to an in demand freelancer?

@ChrisMayLA6 Yes, I teach. And when schools are closed, or there are no courses for me to teach, there's no working hours except for the ones I set for myself.

The same goes for my business partners. So most of us combine teaching with other more business oriented projects and consulting gigs, and in my case, internal and external business development for me and on behalf of my technical colleagues.
