There is a chance that the ruling on my disability benefits appeal will come down before I ultimately am forced to move; it was set to be decided from next week to 30 days afterwards. If I win this, I would be entitled to have my disability benefits restored monthly, retroactive to January of 2022, minus legal fees and the claw back from my insurance company of benefits they paid out from July 2022 to January 2024.

Even with that, I would be guaranteed 18 months of backdated payments in addition to resuming regular monthly disability payments if I win my appeal. I could use that to relocate to my own apartment and avoid having to move in with relatives. Although, it is nice to have that latter option if worse comes to worst.

If this appeal is denied, then I have two other options to appeal further, but then I would have to face moving with no income. So, crossing my fingers that this succeeds.
In any case, expenses and bills pile on still, and although things are stable right now thanks to your generosity, events can turn on a dime very quickly. So, for now, I am keeping things open for if you feel kind and generous enough. Thank you all again for all your support!!
