OK, we know that "Judge" Aileen is angling for a SCOTUS nomination, and with this she may get one.
But Biden is still Prez and he has the power to publish Smith's report. And even if Biden doesn't, it would be an official act and thus wrapped, courtesy of SCOTUS, with our new Presidential Imperial cloak of conclusive immunity.
So, Joe - release Smith's report. Just do it. Do it today.

@yuhasz01 Biden doesn't need an executive order to release the report, he can simply walk into the Press Room at the White House and hand out copies (and publish it on the White House website.)
