Summer and I are feelin our oats this afternoon.
After weeding another third of the raspberry patch I realized that we are definitely going to need another greenwaste run.
So, since we are going anyway, we ultimately decided to haul out the heavy chain, and pull the stump leftover from the rhododendron cleanup last week.
I didn't want her to get hurt so Summer decided to ride shot gun, in the truck, and we pulled.
Whew!
It is sort of a miracle but somehow we are managing to keep things up around here.

I had some very beautiful, but enormously overgrown rhododendrons here. Had all of that pulled out last Fall, for new landscaping. I'll certainly miss the blossoms this Spring, but meanwhile, there is so much more light in the house this Winter. It was a good choice, for me.
