@stux I think the by-nc-nd would prevent it, but they would mean no one could create derivatives, outside of what would be permitted by fair use. If there was such a thing it would also prevent uses you might not object to. I am working with a group of faculty proposing to use ML methods to analyze millions of documents so they can identify patterns at scale. It is something no one can do because of the volume of material.
