@mattblaze @Wifiwits @emd If there were actual customer rights so that a person got a full refund if denied boarding, the airlines would let people know before purchasing tickets. There should be a box folk have to tick before buying: do you have this approval, do you have 6 months left on your passport...anything that would affect a person's ability to board a plane with their purchased ticket.
