@mrdiamondj Having worked for one of the law firms that files these (as a technical expert), they file as SOON AS POSSIBLE because when you file a lawsuit determines if you are part of the legal team for the class action lawsuit.

@mrdiamondj That's my understanding, yes. It's who is in first with the most clients, I think. Or if there are several, it's the collection of firms with the most clients. (ie you file with 10 people, another with 15, you two are the lead, and the firm with 1 client... probably not)
