@Caroline Some ideas especially for #ActuallyAutistic and #Adhd , I’m #AuDHD, I know nothing about other neurodivergence.

- stop assume that we’re all the same
- ask us which vocabulary we prefer if you are not sure
- we don’t grow out of our autism
- autism is not an illness, neither ADHD
- let us use our stim toys, cancelling headphones, etc. without judgment
- allow us to stim freely no matter how we stim
- not only white men can be autistic
- never say you don’t look autistic
- etc.
