@gwynnion I think a third party really has a decent chance in the near future if they stay down this path because who will be left to vote for them?
conservatives aren't going to vote for them because they can't compete with the GOP on bigotry and their base is definitely not going to keep voting for them like this

The real fear is that Democrats will decide that with Trumpster's victory, that seals the verdict that only by latching themselves onto the alleged "conservative wave" and becoming even more dependent on billionaires, corporate lobbyists, and "moderate conservative" strategists will they be able to out wait the "extremist" GOP Right and seize power again. Besides, liberals have nowhere else to go and must wait until the pendulum swings back towards "the center", right? /s
