I think I have some diabetic-friendly breakfasts locked in (porridge, cereal and toast with low GI tweaks) so I'm moving onto building a better lunch routine. On the weekend I baked buns and will be doing chicken salad rolls like this for a week. Next week I want to try my own "tandoori" marinade and switch it up with wraps.
Dinner plans are a work in progress, not least due to some relationship changes this year, but my guiding mantra for now is "make better choices". #Diabetes #T2D

If you're wondering where all the new old gamepad and 3d printing posts have gone from my timeline, this ⬆️ is why - hobby projects are kinda on hold while I sort some personal shit out. Bear with me though, because the fun stuff will be back soon enough - and there'll be plenty of photos of delicious homemade food to soak up in the meantime.
