I saw fire fighting helicopters flying at night in LA. I know they fly with night vision goggles but you can’t see power cables from tower to tower. I hope they don’t hit any with their rotor blades.

My unit (33rd Rescue Squadron) lost an HH-60G helicopter and its crew when they hit power cables at night in South Korea just south of Osan Air Base in 1994. There were no survivors. 😢
