Same as ISIL/Daesh against the similar Tabqa Dam in March 2017, except then the world "leaders" cared about the actual war crime, while now that it's Turkey and its forces including "former" ISIL-fighters often still wearing ISIL-insignia they keep silent because imperialist power projection is more important to both Erdoğan's best ruling buddy Putin and NATO than any people anywhere.
