The Turkish shelling of the Tishrin Dam and its surroundings reached its peak during the morning hours and continues unabated, the statement read."

One civilian car heading to Tişrîn Dam was bombed by Turkey.
There seems to be at least three severely injured. At least one looks potentially lethally injured.
I won't forward that imagery.
