Some good news in the mental health front: therapist agreed with me that I’m doing pretty good with my new skills and awareness and we both feel very hopeful. So graduating to the next level. Will try monthly sessions for the next couple of months and then phase out completely ☺️ #mentalHealth

@Mrfunkedude I don’t know if it’s a good answer, maybe in a twisted. It was easy for me to as I don’t have the best relationship with my family or extended family. I deliberately don’t keep in touch. Mostly they are lost causes to me, so don’t feel like doing mental work for them.
