@mattblaze and in all that excitement about your post people have totally overlooked that Belize also is introducing a new electronic travel form! It is a simple website and it is totally free!
"Starting December 1st, 2024, travelers entering and leaving Belize through the Philip Goldson International Airport can now submit their forms online before traveling. A three-month phased introduction will facilitate a smooth transition"
