@getimiskon i need to compile on windows because mingw64 is tempramental as hell. i also need to compile native graalvm images on windows sometimes because their cross compiling docs are vague as hell.

i think windows is perfectly useable. powershell is very powerful and winget has fixed a fundamental issue, but it is SLOW. windows 11 is so slow, sluggish in virt manager with 12 VCPUs with hardware virtualization? 12G memory? crazy stuff. windows 10 performs as you'd expect
