I have been meditating for nearly a year now (not continuously, obviously, more like 15-30min per day).
This means that I'm reaching the "intermediate" stage of figuring out what works for me. And like most intermediates I look back on how far I've come, and how much more I know than the "beginner" I was not long ago. I'm starting to reach the summit of the foothills, and yet to see the mountains they obscure.
Anyway, I have thoughts on what I've learned so far that I want to throw out there as randomly and cryptically as I can manage. So I thought I'd start a pinned thread that I can add to whenever the whim blows.
