Can you please help me understand one thing ... I am reading this as part of your announcement ....

"We will continue day-to-day operations through the Mastodon GmbH for-profit entity, which will become wholly owned by the new European not-for-profit entity"

How can a not-for-profit entity (the new one) own a for-profit one (Mastodon GmbH) ? It sounds like a contradiction to me
