Here's an ancient video I made about #Reddit in the r/politics forum announcing a publisher blacklist back in 2013.

Back then, they blocked almost two hundred news sites because of what they called "bad journalism". Whereupon they banned sites that had just won the Polk Award. And another that had just won a Pulitzer.

But of course, untrained mods know better than professionals working the field. (assholes)
