This is OMBY, The Moby-Dick Unscrambling Game, a word puzzle I helped create a few years ago that is now free to download and play on iOS and Android (no ads, no in-app purchases).

We turned the full text of Moby-Dick into 10,395 puzzles — solving them takes you sentence-by-sentence through the entire book. Believe it or not, people have finished!
