So back in October I got labs done through Quest Diagnostics. It took two attempts because the first time their systems were down and they couldn't do anything.

Anyway, I was told the total cost of labs and my responsibility right then and there. I paid. We did all the stuff.

And I received a bill today. It's past due and full of "adjustments”.

I know Quest Diagnostics is a legit lab and all that. But is it also a scam?
